We need to know so we can offer you the right information, support and access to services. We also need to collect information for the government about how many carers we have at the practice. Contact the practice to let us know you are a carer.

Carers support group
To further support informal carers, our welfare team help run a carer support group for anyone who cares for a friend or family member.
When: the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Where: at the Salvation Army Church, 93 North East Road, Sholing, Southampton, SO19 8AF.
