Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today (Monday to Friday)

  • phone us on 023 8044 6733, Monday to Friday from 8am to 10am, when we are open
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

To cancel your appointment:

Extended hours appointments are available with either a nurse or a GP from 7:30am to 8am Monday to Thursday, and 6:30pm to 8pm Monday to Wednesday.

Livi

We offer remote GP appointments with an out of hours service called Livi. Out of hours GP video consultations with Livi are available from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm during weekends.

These appointments are available for anyone over the age of 12 months (child must be present with parent/guardian), and can be booked up to 3 days in advance.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111. NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Please tell us:

  • If there's a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
  • If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone or face-to-face.
  • If you need an interpreter.
  • If you have any other access or communication needs.

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need. To request a home visit phone the practice before 10:30am.
