We provide some services which are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges (if this is payable by you, we will notify you on receipt of your request).
We always endeavour to complete your private requests within four to six weeks. However, due to the pressure on the GPs workload as, understandably, clinical work and caring for our patient’s health needs must take priority, there may be times where we are unable to complete this work within the timeframe. We will keep you informed of any changes to your request turnaround time.
If your request is urgent, please let us know and we will try to do our best to help, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee when the work will be completed.

Private services we offer
- One Page Letter / Form (standard fee for letter request)
£30.00 - Any Two Page Letter / Form (any additional pages will be charged at £10 per page)
£45.00 - Certification (e.g. Medical Certificate, Claim Form, Insurance Cancellation Claim Form, etc.)
£75.00 - Certified Assessment of Capacity (inc. COP3 Form and Power of Attorney Form)
£100.00 - Full Medical Report
£150.00 - Targeted / Smaller Medical Report
£75.00 - Adult Fostering / Adoption Medical
£150.00 - TAXI / HGV medical (Please visit an Optician to request that they complete the ‘Vision Assessment’ section of your medical paperwork prior to your appointment with us).

Any other requests that are not specified above will need prior agreement from the GP.
Private services we do not offer
- Covid-19 letters – this includes any letter confirming your vaccination status or proof of recovery
- ‘Fit to’ certification – such as fit to: fly, dive, skydive, parachute jump, bungee jump, run a marathon, etc.)
- Passport or driving license signing
