From 31 October, we will no longer accept prescription requests submitted through online pharmacies.
This decision has been made to help ensure that prescription requests are received accurately, processed efficiently, and managed through our approved communication channels.
This will not affect requests from pharmacies that supplies medical devices and equipment, these are called Appliance Pharmacies.
How to Request Your Repeat Prescription
From 31 October, patients should request their medication using one of the following methods:
- Online Services (NHS App or other approved online services)
- Our Practice Website
- Online Consultation Forms
- Paper Prescription Requests submitted to the practice
