If your medication is not showing on your app or when using our website, there are several ways you can still request it:
1. Use the free text box
Whether you are using the app or the website, there is a free text/message box where you can type a request for the medication you need.
2. Use our website online form
You can request your medication by completing the online form available on our website.
3. Complete an online consultation
You can also request your medication by submitting an administrative online consultation
4. Submit a paper prescription request
You can request your medication using a paper prescription, which can be posted to the practice or dropped into the prescriptions box at reception.
Please note: We do not accept prescription requests over the phone unless in exceptional circumstances.
