How do I change my GP practice on Anima?

Please note: this only applies if your previous GP practice used Anima.

If you’ve moved to a new GP practice, you’ll need to update your details in Anima manually, as your account does not automatically transfer between practices.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Anima account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select the option “I’ve changed my GP practice.”
4. Scroll to the GP practice section.
5. Search for and select your new registered GP practice.
6. Save your changes.

Once updated, any future Anima requests will be sent to your new GP practice.
